To the Roof of the World -
the Eagle flew.
To the Bottom of the Earth –
The Eagle dipped...
I have it all – the Eagle thought.

For all wished to hear -
This the wise Eagle’s words.
Til One day -
The Eagle was asked...
A question he could not answer.

But the mole spoke -
Hey! Flying high -
Is not the top of the world.
Nor the extent of knowledge -
Sometimes to learn, one has to dig...

In the dirt, with the rest of us.
