The first photograph is of the Old Mill in Deans, New Jersey, in October 1999. I shot this with my N70, a 24-120 Nikon lens with a polarizer, and Fuji 400 film. You can see the Canadian geese in the water (just in front of the trees). They don't all go south for the winter (or maybe they did and this was as far south as they decided to go). I was in New Jersey again in late December and the geese were still hanging around. The computer doesn't really do this image justice. I have it enlarged to 12 x 18 and it hangs above our dining area. It is a very dramatic photograph. – Joe Berk
